How often can we do the "little jobs"?

I was wondering how often you get to do a "little job" for your faction.
I was able to do one when I first logged in earlier and have completed 13 cases since, including favors. I haven't had the opportunity to do any more jobs for them though.
I even had a problem the other day, when I went to click on the answer, it went to the next question right away. I hit back to see what happened and it said I had clicked something else and got it wrong, and then I wasn't even able get back to that last question. I don't know what happened there, but I guess I'll have to be extremely careful in the future.

oh, ok. thanx. I just thought maybe you could get more, since there's the whole thing of the to agent with each faction each day. or maybe I just misunderstood that.

You get one little job per day. And other than that, you can trade cases around in your agency to benefit your standing with particular factions.
Those are the two ways I know to achieve the #1 position, which is now more hotly contested than ever before!

You can trade cases if you want to change factions too - that's useful if you want to collect the 'special' skills.
