He will let you check notes in a case and you can check as many people as you want without him clamming up. It comes in quite handy for solving cases when you have 2 or 3 suspects who say the Banker is there alibi and notes to ID. Usually he would clam up after answering 2, maybe 3 questions, but now he won't clam up at all.
