One of our users is having trouble recieving private messages on AOL 9. I don't have access to AOL, so I'm looking for help from other users.

Has anybody else had similar problems on AOL? If so, were you able to figure it out? Is anybody else using AOL 9 and not having problems with private messages?

What kind of error? Did you change computers or browsers recently? I tried loggin in as you and was able to send myself a message without error.

It was weird with a lot of letters and numbers, but now it is working, maybe it was just my computer. Thanks
