I have positive points with order of socrates but i would like to be a part of the casa nostra.What can I do to be a part of the casa nostra?And where is the casa nostra hq?And the order of socrates hq?

Take a look at the factions page on Ona Missions website for faction details:

You can improve your standing with factions by visitng those you have a positive standing with and asking to do their "little job". If you need help with the answer to the questions again look at the little jobs section of the website.

Also on some cases you will get a picture of a lady holding a magnifying glass up. She will tell you that if you complete the case you will go up in standing with a faction and down with another. If the one you are going to go down with is the one you want to get in with then quit the case and your standing with them goes up.
