Questions:
1. If I have a sofa in my apartment I get a personal chat room that only invited guests can use?
2. If my apartment is in London and a guest is in New York without traveling can they access my apartment and chat room?

Ooh chat and music... nah! My big failing at parties that, brain can't do the multi tasking so I tend to stand there looking like Billy No Mates... erm... oh I am!!!
Doesn't work as a message board to? Can't say I want to give up a room to just one or the other as I wouldn't use them much.

yeah, a chat room that plays annoying music...it all seems a little like the joys of speed-dating rolled in with the comfort and sweet-jesus-I-can't-flee-ishness of being in a stalled elevator with R. Kelley...

I dunno whether it works as a message board too (I've only seen this monstrosity in action once, and [thanks Java issues] I couldn't even hear the music - totally ruined my prom), but I'd bet not. That said, this is me putting in a plug for the message board option. Screw you square footage, mine has brought me hours of unmoderated, unadulterated joy :P
