sorry guys for all the questions, whenever i get confused i just come to u guys...

i wanted to know how usefull is the "judge of character" skill?? what happens when we have it? does it help? or it just tells us which "other" skill we can use on the person!!??

I don't think its very useful. Might be useful if you were tough and charming, and trying to balance both - but you can't go 'home' and change every time you find out you are not dressed right for their preferred questioning - they are likely to be dead when you get back. So just go with your strongest (charm or tough)

I tried to balance my clothing and use it all the time, but found that my modifier points were too dilute. I prefer to stick with Charming/Smart and do well.
