Hi, been a while...
Well, i know about those apartments, but how excatly can i visit other detectives' apartments for all those visitor things?

You have to be invited in order to visit other apartments.
Once invited, you can go to the map and click on the apartment building. This will take you inside, where you can choose which apartment to visit.
