Ok, so I keep hearing about a lot of weird stuff happening.

People losing favors they were holding without playing them

Someone not being able to be invited into the agency, or access their detective page.

People getting weird "retry or quit" errors on their cases.

How many others are noticing weird stuff? Just curious if I know three people, how many more are out there?

How long are you going between favors?

There are several situations that serve as exceptions to the 4 case rule:

1) Traveling removes any held favors.
2) Joining an agency removes any held favors.
3) Solving a case started by somebody else may not always count towards the 4 (I'm not sure about this one).
4) Favor generation can get a little out of wack immediately following a Villain Hunt.

There may be others.

I used other's cases last night and still received my favor after three cases (and my previous favor).

Its been kinda all over the place lately, I've had a couple times where I get it after two, and more often, I've had to solve a favor and then four cases to get a favor without travel, VHing or leaving my agency.
