OK... i have 5 witness... two have alibies but the other 3 dont... I got 2 different footprints but neither turned out to match the suspects... Now none of the 5 witnesses will talk and neither will the shoe maker... Now what?

Probably you need to quit. If you are playing any level harder than the easiest, there may be other suspects out there that you didn't discover. Did you ask everyone for motives?

Looking at the other posts in Sleuth Talk, I know you will be advised to post this sort of thing in the newbie board. This is exactly the sort of question that board was created for.

What I do is talk to the other witnesses, and ask them about the three suspects, and rite down the names that the witnesses suspect, then just take a guess.
