Unsubbed agents & stored case files

I'm not a newbie, but I've been away..oh let's just say... "finding myself". There've been a few changes in the past 6 months here and I'm hoping someone can answer this for me as I haven't been able to find the answer on my own. An unsubbed detective in my agency had stored files. She has since resigned from the agency. My question is how to get rid of her files? I have a few of them stored under my name that were waiting for her to pick up and solve. I can't solve them, every time I hit the case tab, I sign myself out (assuming that is a new rule within the last 6 mos and not a glitch). She had no access to them because she was unsubbed and not willing to resub. We thought that by resigning, that might resign the cases also...but that didn't work. Now what?

It sounds like a glitch to me - I had cases stored in my name from a detective who wasn't with us any more, so I just opened them up again and solved/quit. Pretty sure that was within the last week or so.

Cases that are marked 'private' when a detective leaves the agency are supposed to flip over to public.

Public cases should always be accessable by all subscribed detectives in the agency if they can open that level of case.

Given those conditions, it does sound like a glitch if you can not open up the cases.

Thanks for the info, must be a glitch in the game.
