how do you get to participate in the capture of an arch villian and also my experience points have dropped considerably...only one false accusation and never retired for 3 as of yet...is anyone else having this problem with things disappearing.

Remi, we are not the people to be asking about this. If this has really happened to you, you should submit a bug report as soon as possible to have it rectified. On the City Hall page there is a link for submitting bug reports.
