If you have 3 pieces of PE, and 2 of them point to suspects who have valid alibis, and the third points to the suspect whose alibi you were not able to check, is the third suspect guilty? The question is: does always one of the PE have to point to the guilty suspect?

A couple of minor points.

1. With 3 PE it will be true as long as you have all the basic PE skills.
2. Sir Butcher I suspect that you mean that you accused someone who you did not know if they had an alibi as opposed to someone with no alibi.

No alibi means a suspect who when questioned says no I have no alibi. A suspect with no/nil alibi and either PE or WE is always guilty.

THANK you all, that was the way I understood it, but I don't want to make more false acc. (I had a bad experience with that), so I had to be sure. Once more, thank you all.
