i am newbie and i need help with the hard cases and, is threr a way to git the mistakes off your records.

You can visit the Shady Character in the bar and pay him to clear your record before you get a third false accusation. The more experience points you have, the more the Shady Character charges.

If you have specific questions about any of your cases, you can post them in the Newbie Questions thread and someone will be happy to give you some advice.
