Hey guys,
MrYuQuan here.
If I have multiple PEs, will they necessarily point to the same person?
Will one of the PEs just be a 'decoy' and not point to any of the suspects without alibis?
I think I just experienced that.
Thanks

I just got a case where there was no particular WE towards the guilty one. I had interviewed evry other person, and only one was clammed up, rest of them did not suspect the guilty party. That's where I made a huge mistake of an FA.

A number of things could have happened such as not having a full list of suspects. The biggest problem I see, is that you are elminating peopl and guessing. Instead of fulfilling the formulas for guilt.
Elmination is possible, but not recommended. If you want to avoid FA's, stick with the formulas.
PE+Fake/"none of your business" Alibi=guilty
WE+Fake/"none of your business" Alibi=guilty
2 WE = guilty
PE=Physical Evidence WE=Witness Evidence
Having a clammed suspect that will not give you an alibi is not the same as a fake/none alibi.
PE+WE DOES NOT = Guilty

I believe that this last remark is not correct - it should say
PE + WE DO NOT KNOW ALIBI = you do not know for sure - DO NOT GUESS!!!!!!

No.
'WE' there is 'witness evidence'. She is saying Physical Evidence plus Witness Evidence does not equal guilty. Although you're quite right to say that you should not guess if you don't know the status of an alibi, unless you have two witness accounts implicating someone.
