Hi. What if a detective doesn't have a research skill, and he finds out that a suspect has a fake alibi and a piece of evidence pointing to the same suspect, but that same suspect is not guilty because the research skill would provide him with an alibi? If you try to accuse him, would it lead to a false acc.?

I think biggie means that person is NOT guilty. If you try to accuse a suspect cleared by research, you will get an FA, because that person is never guilty. You will never find WE or PE against that person.

Biggies answer to the question is correct. If a suspect has a fake/nil alibi and PE then they are always guilty.

If the client has PE then they will never be cleared by research.

If on the other hand a client is cleared by research and you accuse them, then yes you will get a FA.
