geez...cases are getting harder...I have handwriting that matches a suspect, and also a witness "seen leaving crime scene",
But then i have another witness for a different suspect "previous attempt" who do i accuse?
so one suspect with 2 accusations (handwriting/witness) and one witness for different suspect!!!!!!!

thank u all for the help...i guess i just confuse myself...i went with the one that had the physical evidence, and witness, and i was right...and also the one that was suspecting, should be real alibi...
