things keep disappearing from list

purchased lock picking...used for a few days...today that is also missing from my profile...what is going on with this site...I purchase things and they disappear when they get ready...first my treasure hunt and also my lock picking skills...

Unfortunately there were some server problems and Ben rolled back time in the land of Sleuth to Monday night. Anything you may have done between Monday night and Tuesday night was erased. It happened to everyone and not just you. I'm sorry if you need to get some items again (so did I) but you should have any money or skill points spent back in your account. Just try to re-group and move forward. Good luck!

If the items/skill were gained outside of this Monday to Tuesday window, there could be some kind of bug and you can report it from the link at City Hall.

thanks for the info...I always right down the amount I leave with when my games are completed...the money was not placed back in my account on in the safe...thanks for the rest of the information..it was a great help..also I didnt get my skill points back...

Remi, this was a one-time occurrence, and it happened to the entire community. I know it's a real bummer, but it TRULY has never happened before (at least to any of the players who are less than two years old, I can't speak for the true old timers), and I don't expect it to happen again anytime in the future. We ALL lost points and money. They'll come back. I know it's hard, but try and be patient. ;-)
