I have a problem. Just yesterday I had 17 skill points, today I have 16, I lost 6 faction points and the new item I acquired yesterday is missing-there is my old item I sold yesterday, not to mention that I have a 1000 less on my account - do you know what happened!?

If you check the game announcements board it will tell you the problem. In short due to some server problems everything from yesterday was lost, exp, skill points etc. Whilst it sucks, everyone is in the same boat so you just have to grin and bare it i'm afraid
