Could you please give me a list of all possible PE and WE combinations for accusing a suspect? It seems as if I was wasting my time in the past because I didnt know the wright combinations, especially in situations when I wasn't able to check out my suspect's alibi.

Check out the Welcome Newbies thread stickied to the top of this board for that info. I would suggest you read through that in its entirety, it explains how the game works very well.

I know, I read all through it, Help file and Newbie FAQ, but I have 2 WE and 1 PE on the same suspect, but didn't find out an alibi, so I'm thinking whether I should accuse or not, and someone told me that it's ok to accuse if you have 2 WE, even without checking an alibi.

with 2 WE u don't need alibis. Part of the formula.
1PE + fake/none = guilty
1WE + fake/none = guilty
2WE = guilty
