Okay... what's the deal with Larry? I paid him once, and he told me something that meant nothing to me. What is his info good for?

Larry have given you the location of Lucy's. Lucy is changing locations all the time, so if you started a case after you were given the info, her camp will move.

I'm assuming you're referring to Larry the Toe (whom some of us refer to as Larry the Twerp, among other things). In exchange for your $500, he lets you know the whereabouts of Big Lucy's Cabaret. There, you can find a variety of things, including a back-alley fence which sells interesting stuff, and a Message Board exclusive to the Cabaret. It can be especially helpful if you're in an Agency. It's worth checking out if you've never been before, or if you're literally-inclined. ;-)

When I paid him, he gave me a location, but it wasn't on the map.

You need to move your cursor in the area indicated until it changes to the same as it does when you point it at a normal location. If you click then it will take you to the hidden location.

However as soon as you start a new case the hidden location will disapear.

I did it after starting a new case and it was nothing there.

Because you started a new case the location changed.

You can not just find Larry because he is a twist that comes up randomly in the cases.

Next time you will know and either not bribe him or go to Lucy's right away after you do meet him.

I got Larry on my third case, but I didn't have the money... Hope to see him again soon
