Flare, you have been in Overdogs for a bit. You posted in another thread you are also smart1, also a member of Overdogs. So you have been open about your double character status.

Are Dogberta and Bigdoc aware of you approaching us? Although I don't recall neither posting in the ethics type threads. It is a common idea that double characters are OK, but one joining another agency is not. Stealing either intel, equipment or money are definitely a no no.

Your motives I am assuming are not bad. As both flare and smart1 have a tailor, you are probably looking seriously contribute to another agency.

After the recent outrages of theft and snooping in Sleuth town. In those threads people really told their opinion on this. I think you best explain some good intentions here. In order to not make Overdogs look bad. And in order to let me know, what your intentions are. If they are good, then I would love to have you, provided the other demons deed directors agree.

Overdogs certainly didn't mean to cause any rancor - we knew from Sleuthtalk posts that Smart1/Flare was a multiple, and we were simply working on the assumption that it was better for multiples to work for one agency. We didn't know Flare was approaching you nor that you had invited her to join you. She appeared to be a free agent when we checked on her.

Smart1 approached us and we invited him to join which he did. - when we asked about her - he offered her to us. If this was wrong, we are very sorry, and are open to whatever you suggest by way of fixing it. Personally, I am not totally comfortable with multiples playing in different agencies - but if folks are open and honest as smart1/flare seem to have been, we can give it a try.

As I just messaged you. I figured you guys had no ill will in mind or anything. Which is why I posted this, so the rumour mill would not start on any of you. Nor Flare/smart1, after all he/she was quite open about the double detective, and single player.

Either smart/flare joins you or me. And as they are with you, I suggest we keep it that way.

As someone with a lot to lose if this goes south in Demon's Deeds, I agree with jstkdn- I'd rather be safe than sorry in this case. Or paranoid, as it may be.

I posted the message before i joined overdogs yesterday. i want to be an agency that likes to do treasure hunts. my intentions are good. all i want to do is help out. but for the most part I would like to be a part of demons deed detective agency. but i figured since you hadnt posted a message back yesterday that you didnt want me so i joined overdogs but if demons deed wants me, i will be happy to join with both of my agencts, but if not i would like to stay with overdogs.

We are once again hiring, as long as your name was never flare, stillthebest, smart1, or any variation of the above! Barber or tailor contact appreciated, but not necessary. Please contact jstkdn, faeryshan, or smart_ass for info!
