Is there a way to loose faction points other than solving cases and doibng jobs? I used to have more faction points than I do now. I can't figure this out!

At turnover (the time the server resets for new cases) your faction points will go down...once your faction score goes down to 10 it does not go down anymore unless you get a case where the faction is against you.
