I cant play the featured mysteries

I am subscribed but whenever I try to play the featured mysteries it just brings me back to the case page.

I am going to assume that you are trying to play the FM's with cases in hand... that is you're not trying to start a FM with 0 (zero) cases to play. (Sorry if that sounds stupid, but people 'have' though the FM's were 'extras', when they in fact do count against your 12 day case load)
In which case this sounds like a BUG and you need to submit a bug report. That's on the City Hall page 'Report Bug or Typo'.

Oh and the only other thing I can think of is if you're trying to play II or III of the Doomsayer trilogy without having played Doomsayer I.

I don't know if this is possible but maybe you can't reach that level of case. You know your xp is too low to access a certain difficuty.
