Hmm... i see i've taked research and didn't remember it was for records, not to Crime scene, i wold cernaintly change that if i could.
If it is not possible, it's ok, but is it possible?

It's not possible to change or return skills, no. But research is one of the most useful skills in this game--it allows you to eliminate a suspect, which is huge!
