I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

kidgame, colonel shanty, do you not think that introducing all these new things just complicates the game. All the other pieces of physical evidence only have two possibilities. Each of these have a variety of possibilities, which would make the game considerably more difficult, dont you think? I'm not sure if these posts really belong in this thread either?

Yes I know it would make things harder. Perhaps if they were made they could only be used for featured mysteries. Most featured mysteries dont have much in the way of physical evidence so maybe the ideas we have here could be used for future featured mysteries.

How about adding an accomplice to AI cases? A second suspect without alibi is an accomplice to the primary suspect but can only be identified with witness evidence or townie evidence. If you successfully identify the accomplice then you get a bonus of $1000 dollars (and 1000 xps? sweeten the pot even more), say, since during many AI cases you often have a good chance 1k just on bribes. You can still accuse the primary without the accomplice, of course, but getting the accomplice just adds that much more spice.

Hey, we're still adjusting to our new life with Impossibles. Why do you want to make things harder already!?

Yes true but it is an idea for the future. Having an accomplice might be interesting. Do you just go for the main suspect? Or do you try to get the accomplice and the main suspect?

Obviously everyone will concentrate on securing the primary guilty party and then, if possible, they can try and pin down the accomplice, too, with whatever WE they have left. It isn't required to get the accomplice, just a little bonus if you do. I don't normally hold up before forking out 500 bucks for those oft occurring situations and, even if I did, I usually wind up forking out 500 to 1000 bucks per AI anyway. I was just thinking this would be a nice way to tip the scales back into the green.

I like it a lot

I would like to be able to work along with another player but without having to pay..., also I don't like the fact that you have to retire after 3 lost cases?

I think its perfect

Kugasha, you get much more by subscribing, too. 3 more cities, 7 more cases, agencies (of course), and no pop-up ads!

If you get 1 or 2 false accusations, talk to the man in the back of the local pub. :)

1) Yes! Although I don't mind the dentist that much - sometimes

2) I'm not a subscribed player, so I won't make too many demands. I do have to say that I would also like Smart Equipment to have more effects than just evidence - particularly since they aren't useful until you have one of the advanced smart skills, which for a T/C player in particular, takes time. However, I admit that I have no concrete ideas to present.

3) The concept's great, and well executed. But, sometimes the timing can be a bit frustrating - I know I haven't been playing as long as some people, but I've been trying to get a phsyical witness contact for almost a month! I just did another favor...and got another duplicate item, which I had to sell off.
As for difficulty, I too bumped into the hard/really hard/really really hard barrier. I'm not quite sure what the jump is in particular, but it took me about two weeks to gain enough skill points to pick up another skill to get me through it.
