I have a couple of questions I'd like some feedback on. Please Answer by replying to this post.

1) Is the game fun? Really fun, kind of fun, funner than going to the dentist?

2) Can you think of anything that would make the game more fun?

3) Is the game too hard? Too easy?

Thanks
-Ben

Always glad to be of service, especially to the legendary Moonshh. You have answered many of my questions, both asked by me and other newbies. Thank you for your time and ever present consideration.

1) Fun!
2) Having a sidekick might be fun. Being able to play in different cities (expanding the game world) would definitely be fun.
3) I'm at intermediate, which is okay... still new to this though.

1) Fun
2) Maybe mixing Shawn Humphrey's and Racedogg2's ideas. A bit like "Carmen Sandiego". Maybe it could be for notorious criminals and an agency would use its contacts in all the cities to track them down.
3)I'm finding the game hard enough to be challenging, but easy enough that I win a lot.

1. Love it.

2. On my first couple of days I had some problems with the favours. I get one or two names that clam up before I got any other names out of them (I now go for the names first before the alibi's). After asking people like the waiter, and butcher etc if they know anything I get a new name. That new name I get from those people should be able to be accessed for interviewing as well, but they don't. Took a stop on one of those cases, got it wrong.... it turned out to be a name I new about from someone like the butcher, but was unable to interview.

3. too easy really.

Also, I like the sidekick, and expanding the world (and contacts in other cities) idea.

If I understand U369's idea correctly, chasing criminal organisations (rather than just one individual criminal) around the world could be quite an intersting idea.... chase down evidence to put crime bosses and their minions in jail getting bigger rewards, fame, experience etc (like the treasure hunts). Pay for airline tickets or bus tickets to chase the evidence..... The more I think about it, the more I like it.

1) It is VERY fun...and VERY addicting...

2) I don't know if this has been mentioned, but maybe making the crime scenes interactive? I like the idea of multiple cities as well..it kind of gives the game a fresh variable every now and then. And making the questions more interactive in suspect "interviews". Kinda makes you think harder, instead of just clicking around. Also, I think I remember reading something about clues being in the description of the crime scene, that sounds like a good idea as well. Like, if the crime scene is a disaster area, and the victim struggled...maybe that could lean more towards someone who truly hated the victim.

I dunno how to put what I'm thinking of, lol, it's late and I just got off work

3) sometimes its too easy, sometimes its too hard...but that's more because of the skills I have right now vs. the level I'm trying to play :)

The clues being in the description is probably about pre-written investigations. From what I've heard(I'm not subscribed), they are a bit like your idea (they have unlockable questions for people and the twist and peoples exact answers are important)
