We all talk about game improvements we'd like to see, new items, clothes, twists mechanics etc

So I was wondering if Ben came to you and said "OK I will implement ONE thing; ONE thing that you think will improve yours (and others if you like) gaming experience on Sleuth right now."

What would it be?

[I'll make the proviso that it has to be about the 'game' and can't be about 'anyone' lol :p]

Mine is simple.

If I could have it right now, I'd ask for a better PM/Message system.

This has been said before a long time ago... but I would love to have a "use contact to identify PE" button. Say you have the barber and a long list of suspects, one click (instead of many) and boom identification! It would make things so much easier...

I really really feel that if you are doing a favour, the person you are doing it for either should not clam, or should have an extended number of questions available. C'mon, I'm doing you a favour, and you aren't going to help?

Anikka that's why I have suggested something dealing with that. Though I'm not exactly sure if I suggested in threads and I don't feel like checking my characters' post history. I think I've only suggested it in its Tough incarnation.

A skill called "Backbone" (if tough) "Logic" (if smart) "Groveling" (if charm). What it would do is get a townie you're doing a favor for to unclam if all other methods fail however if you fail the check you're forced to quit the case. A sort of all or nothing type of skill.

Wish for better biographys: possibility to link to web-pages.

Have tried to add html-code with no luck. Do anyone know if one can add more than plain text today? Have searched the forums, but didn't find any info on that.

Currently only plain text works for any user submitted content.

There is a agency web link that can be set from the agency page for those subscribed and in an agency.

Most people post the links to their pages as regular text that others can copy and paste into the browser of their choice.

Just tossing an idea out into the Sleuth blackhole:

How about an advanced Villain Hunt for people who have all their skills and nothing to do with their accumulating skill points. It would cost skill points to begin the hunt and there could be a risk factor built in - such as the Villain could steal money and/or skill points from you. I know many, many people are opposed to having any such risk built into hunts, but there are also many, many people who like the idea of a risk in their hunt. Further, if it costs skill points to begin the hunt, it will not be something you can finish and then turn around and start all over again, unless you're one of those detectives who has 100 accumulated skill points. :) I think that would make it more appealing. And of course, since there is a risk involved, I think the reward should be proportionately increased.

And that's my two cents worth. :)

I'll give you 5 cents for that idea Sindy. I like it. :D
