Sorry if this question has been asked before. I was wondering how you make contacts- do you just do lots of favours for people?

Also, if you're in an agency and some of the agency members are playing really badly, does this affect everyone in the agency? What if one person can't log on as frequently as the others?

Thanks, all, that's really helpful! I'm loving the game... might hold off on looking for an agency, though.
