MOST IMPORTANT: all suspects have been chosen.
Introduction complete
Conclusion complete
Twist complete
Research complete
Crime Scene complete
Difficulty level will be almost impossible

What is not finished
suspect descriptions (this is by far the longest part to complete)
hints from townspeople
physical evidence
other stuff I know Ben will have to correct me on later

Serges is not a suspect in this case. There is no library. There is no knifeboot. This is sleuth, not Clue. So you were close, very close.
