If you and I ran directly towards each other traveling at the same speed, when we met I would totally knock you over.

Betty Botter had some butter,
"But," she said, "this butter's bitter.
If I bake this bitter butter,
it would make my batter bitter.
But a bit of better butter--
that would make my batter better."

So she bought a bit of butter,
better than her bitter butter,
and she baked it in her batter,
and the batter was not bitter.
So 'twas better Betty Botter
bought a bit of better butter.

3 hour games of Phase 10 that started at 10 pm are not necessarily a bad thing. But they sure don't help the sleep thing.

Naming all the animals must have been hard. I mean, with flies, it was probably pretty easy. All you had to do was look at it and go "holy crap, that tiny little bugger is flying. I'm a smarty. I'll just call it a fly."

waaaaaaaaay harder with platypus (platypi?) and llamas.

in support of this line of thinking, I submit that llama is spanish for "name". My theory is the guy who first encountered a llama was a really, really bored Spaniard, who just gave up on the whole process and said to himself "hey there ugly horse, you're too ugly to rate a name. Im'ma jut call you "name".

Actually, llama doesn't really mean "name". It is really a verb, meaning "call". Just as freaking lazy of said dude, it's true, but I had to correct you. I can't let my boy run around quoting bad Spanish. Plus, I'm a snotty little know-it-all.
