You do not have an inbox, nor can you check your mail. If you receive private messages, they will pop up when you click to change pages.
Make sure you have your pop up blockers turned off.

I am not receiving private messages, why is that?
You need to turn off your pop up blocker, please check any pop up blocker programs you may run as either part of your browser or separate program. You can check if you can receive private messages by going to city hall and go to "who's online", find yourself and click on the send message link. Then send yourself a message. If you then go to another page, a private message should appear.

I think that's my problem, too. We have alot of pop up blockers. I'll ask Mom. Anyway, I wanted to say that this is really useful help because I thought that the post history thing was your mail.
