In former posts related to Sleuth Theme it's explaned that the theme just changes the background. Is this the same with The Dies Arcanum Brotherhood Sleuth Theme which costs $2.000?

I just bought the costa theme thinking it'd make some difference but all it did was change the background and that cost 2000.
