Apartment Features I would love to see

Although I can't afford any new items for my apartment, there are a few things I would love to see in future updates.
1. A safe (interest would be great, too)
2. Guest Room - allow a friend to borrow things
3. Games - it would be cool to play chess with teammates while hunting or waiting for more cases
Either way, I am so HAPPY right now with my apartment. Now I just need to earn some more money to upgrade...

games would be a great idea too for a public area like in the bar - backgammon anyone? It would be a great way to meet other sleuthers and newbies could get integrated more quickly, esp if they arent in an agency.
