That must seem obvious to some of you but since I never tried, I don't know. Can you keep favors ? I mean do all your cases then, do favors 1 after another.

No favors do not build up, you will have the one favor to do when you decide to start it.
You can not store favors if you are in a agency in the case files.
You can just ignore the favor if you like and continue to do cases. It will be waiting there for you when you choose to do it.

You can work two cases after a favor becomes available, work the favor, and then work one more case to get another though. If you work three, it resets.
