Hi All..

First off, great work Ben, you have managed to get so many people addicted to this greatl ittle game..

One thing (which I hope has not been suggested - I have not seen it anywhere) to do with checking things in and out of the agency lockers.

I find that I spend a fair bit of time removing four things from my person and putting them in the locker, then taking the smarts gear to analyse a scene (i usually do 4 or 5 immediately and save them so I dont have to go through it each time) and then put down all 4 smarts gear items and picking up 4 tough items.. then getting my original items back at the end.. it is a bit of a process..

Would it be possible to put check boxes next to all of the items so you can select them and take them/put them back all at once, instead of having to do it one at a time?

Amanda I'm guessing you only have one set of smart gear in the agency... I would lean more toward Brasco's idea... a search box or filter would be nice... Like his, our Clerk's record is like finding a needle in a haystack. Also, the box idea isn't bad, just more precise labeling of the box would be nice... in our agency we have 2 complete sets of smarts gear. A filter for our Locker would be nice, considering trying to find anything under one of our categories is like a chaos.

I think it would nice if you go to the Agency Clerk then there is a link for Detective and a Link for equipment.
If you click on Detective, it will give you the information about what and when that particular agent took/put in ect.
If you click the equipment link, you get a list of all the equipment that was in the locker in the last 48 hours.
By clicking on a piece, it would give you the info on that one piece for the last 48 hours.
OK, I see the equipment thing not working out maybe, but I think the Detective thing is a good idea.

This could work with the search function as well which I thnk is a good idea to have even if that's all we get.

I do agree with Amanda too, it would be nice to have a hange/box type system where you could label the clothes "Crime Scene" or name your outfit then just click on that box.
The way it is now does make it easier but it could still be tweaked.

Not that it needs to be done right now or anything.

I still like the idea of a player inventory too. Where every player has their own separate locker that comes with their detective.
I realise this could make the storage closets in apartments slightly redundant but it wouldn't have to be a large inventory.

Maybe 1 then 2 then 3 spaces when you get to AI level.. or the detective could buy them.
Of course, having a player inventory would also make having a FUNCTIONING detective shop a lot easier.

Speaking of which, maybe when trying to sell more than one item to the shop, have a check box so we don't have to click on items at max 5 times... or have a way to directly sell from the locker to the shop so we don't have to increase our equipment locker activities by swapping out items and removing our original items to finalize our outfits so we can continue playing the game.

It won't go away. Ever. We want hangers...or boxes. Please!

*hugs Amanda* We've been begging for hangers, essentially your boxes, for ages. Thanks for the fresh look at it!
