I'm getting hints to ask people that I can't even find on my map... What am I doing wrong?

I always like it when someone dies (I was being referred to, I KNOW it!). Not because death is cool, but because it's a differnet twist. I ALWAYS REALLY like it when a suspect with a Fake or No aliby dies. That HELPS out.

jojo, You are being paranoid - how could I know you love it when someone dies? I have not heard your cries of glee. But now, you have exposed this part of your character to the world....meanwhile, those other death-happy people out there....well, YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE!

its gotta be a bummer when the client dies though cos you dont get your reward!! if you have the pick pocketing skill, can you pilfer from the corpse?

Not sure if it actually can happen?? - personally I've never had my client die on me, he or she has been guilty lots of times, but never died :)

It's never happened to me either. But I've heard of it happening on certain occasions.

He isn't gettin' paid now either. Drag city! I usually know who will die. Its one of the people someone tells me didn't see or hear anything suspicious and/or thinks that they know who the killer is. Muhahahaha! Does cut-down that list of suspects, except, what if the new corpse killed the old corpse? 'Course, then we still gotta find the new killer, right?

I was trying to do Ruby the Teller a favor yesterday. She gave me one name. He gave me one name. The wench he clued me onto clammed up right after giving me her alibi. Unfortunately, I had no talent to persuade her to sing, so I was stuck. The Butcher, Sylvia, gave me a name, but that does not allow that person to show-up on the suspect list. Unless one of your suspects fingers someone else, you're stuck!
That was listed as an intermediate game. ACK!!

Lesson: Being smart doesn't pay. ::sigh::

SUGGESTION: anyone fingered by anyone in the game should show-up on the suspect list.

Ceana, this is part of the challenge of the game. Ask for other people with motives (ie, people who will then show up as suspects on your list) /before/ you ask for alibi.

There are other ways of dealing with an unknown alibi if the suspect clams up before you get an answer on that question, but there is no other way to get a suspect on your list.

Hence the priority of the question!
