Would it be possible to give directors the ability to delete threads that are no longer relavent to the agency? (I don't know how hard it would be to do, but some of ours need to be deleted)

So, based on the lack of enthusiasm on this issue, I will assume it's not going to happen.

i am relatively new to the agency thing, and I agree 200%.. there are so many threads like 'welcome our newest new member' from 4 months ago. it makes it hard to find the useful stuff.

the option to delete an entire thread would be great and probably the most desireable, but I tihnk if it is possible and not too difficult, that the individual option (for the directors only) would be really useful..

I am enthused. I have asked before about more control over the message board. We even asked Ben to whipe it completely clean at some point.

1. Delete.
2. Edit
3. Organize.

the organise part is interesting - do you mean something along the lines of allowing up to 3 threads to be fixed at the top of the list? (ie ones that are used frequently)

If so then I would agree because there are two or three threads that our agency uses a lot,and they often get lost in amongst the 'welcome new member' and 'how do i ' kind of threads.

Someone needs to go down to them and reply to it so it can be promoted to the top..

For instance. Or have folders with certain threads in them. Or threads that can only be accessed by directors, or can only be posted to by directors (read and write rights inherently.)

I like the folder idea for putting threads into categories, rather than having them all jumbled together.

I also like the idea of being able to delete threads that are no longer useful. Though they do fall to the bottom, who needs them there?

Plus, it would be nice to have a place to post rules, policies, advice to newcomers, etc., where the information didn't keep sliding towards the bottom - more like a physical bulletin board.

I suppose folders could address that issue as well.

we just created offices and rooms for different kinds of messeges. we have for example a locker room for messeges about outfits and presents u get and store, then we have the welcome board for all those new member messeges, the directors thread and private office for messeges that are for one person. ofcourse everyone can read everything but its still keeping it a bit more orgenized.

So, based on lack of response, I'm assuming this idea is either not possible or not popular!

Sad, it was something I was so hoping would happen...

Maybe ask Ben directly on the subscriber customer service board or on the suggestion board under "Game Announcements?"

Yeah Elsey please do. I posted about the message board a few times in here, and tried to start up the thread before.

I never heard anything on the possibilities about it from Ben though.
