2 questions
1. Does Larry appear more when working on eaiser cases?

2. I currently holding a Larry Case, do I have to solve it before he appears again?

1. Larry appears in every level case. It is random

2. You have to solve your case before Larry gives you the location of Lucy's Cabaret.

Ms. Sea,

I don't believe you have to solve your Larry case in order to get another one. As the lovely Miss X says, Larry appears in every level. It is a completely random event. So, in theory, you would be able to collect Larry cases if you wanted.
