Need some information about a case

What do I do if I only have 4 people to ask and 1 dies, and the other 3 won't talk and no one in New York will talk either? Do I have to quit the case and start over?

Yeah I guess you'll have to restart, not much you can do at that point.

I had to quit the case and start over, but this time I remembered to ask certain people all the questions that needed to be answered. So if you are playing one of the featured mysteries then just remember what you have already asked certain people.
