How do I deal w/ the Threatening Notes? Do I take them somewhere to translate or is it dependant on my skill levels? & even if it is how do I get at it?

You consult the Banker re notes/handwriting.
You can also enhance this by buying 'Advanced Handwriting' which will let you find out if the note was written by a left or right handed person.
