I'm working on this indredibly hard case and I'm down to 2 suspects... one of them was gone (hiding) and the barman told me that he will try to talk to her into coming back but he desn't believe she's the murderer. Is there a formula about hidding people? Should I believe the barman and think of the suspect as innocent?

No - bitter experience has taught me that the shpiel is just chutzpah. Treat her like any other suspect and make sure you follow the usual rules.

it seems I have to quit the case then... too bad and I thought I was ready for an incredibly hard case...

oh actually I did manage and she was guilty afterall :)
