What do the Themes mean and what do they do?

So i just noticed that my theme is "Shady Character" but i havne't the faintest idea what that means or how it changes me in anyway. Can anyone throw some light on this matter?

Yes, but what does the theme do? like what is the definition of Classic Sleuth, and Shady Character, and etc.....?

They don't do anything, they just look nice--like backgrounds for your desktop, only in-game. Classic Sleuth was the original background, back when we didn't have options to change the backgrounds. Shady Character is named after the Shady Character in the bar. Nothing more to it than that :)

I believe it's "la background flatte." With a few accents thrown in for colour. At least that's how we say it in Frenglish.
