Where can I find this while playing Sleuth? Do you have to be subscriber to access this one too?

There are about 3 or 4 you can find in NY without being subbed.

I will give one hint, the next time you get the chance to talk to Larry the Toe take him up on the offer he gives you.

This is one of the very nice perks of being low level in NY; finding a book and reading it can give more XP than sloving a case.
