We're getting apartments! I know that we've already mentioned this on the 'Personal Equipment Lockers' thread but I wanted to point this out to the community at large who may have missed the most recent additons to that thread.

I remember the film of this - one of the girls was in "The Railway Children" - famous as being the only film where Jenny Agutter kept her clothes on.

I just remember them learning to drive with the contents of the kitchen - "Chunky Chicken, Chunky Chicken"

What about "Love thy Neighbour" SS?

Ah yes, thread hijacking at its finest.

What I would like to know is this: in more of a 90s kind of way, are you guys picturing more of a Melrose Place or Friends type of setting?

Firstly, Fiddler: Love thy Neighbour I didn't see much of. It was the white/black neighbour scenario I think. At the mo. in Aus one of the main stations is playing 'The Best of British Comedy' on Friday Nights, it has things like 'Some Mothers Do Have 'Em', 'Are You Being Served' ("I'm freeee"), Lord... 'Benny Hill'. Personally I've always been a basic diehard Goodies fan.

Secondly, I have no secondly. :D
