...may i suggest that their be a seperate item for those who are
solo players...stamps..stamps to find in a single city...agencies
would not participate and one could find stamps in each city but
not have to race from city to city in search of a single stamp...
and one could have a seperate page where a picture of each stamp
could be collected...again..just for solo players...not for agencies...

Well Mary, it seems we already have something like that. They are called Villain Hunts and your agency cannot help you with it. We also have items to collect on your own: books. And also, there are the two new factions in Shangri-La that can give you missions. And, also, there is Cairo to explore..no agencies allowed in there (for now anyways)
