Seeing all the discussions, rants, yellings and frustrations lately with regards to passwords and high scores...I wanted to change the subject for a moment.

Have their been any discussions on individual equipment lockers? Within an agency, I know that their are items that each person has bought or won through hunts or favour cases, that they want to keep. Having items in a grouped equipment locker that everyone shares is nice at times, but some items that you spend a large portion of your winnings on, are at risk of being sold or lost by accident or through locker gremlins.

Within the equipment locker of an agency, it would be nice to have individual locker spaces that only a single agent can access. Allowing maybe space for 5 individual items Allowing others to see what you have within your personal locker, allows for internal communication and borrowing. Thoughts?

Hey Flaps, I heard that you wear women's lace panties. Is that what you want a seperate space in the locker for? *wink wink*

Then you could store all your dandies, so no one else can use them. Is there room in there for your diapers, too? Yeah, we know what a freak you are. No use denying it!

Do you mean to allow a director to dole out the existing locker space to individual detectives as part of the allotment?

If there are 24 spaces in the locker and I let you have 5 of them, I can easily see how Biggie is going to demand at least 5 too. Now almost half of the locker space is devoted to only two detectives.

Of course this is an interesting idea, a way of rewarding a detective with an extra space if they have been particularly productive.

I would dislike it if they were new extra spots in the lockers.

I like this idea, not sure how much reward for the programing effort there is, but a very cool idea.

The exact number of items per personal locker I am not sure. 5 may be too much. But it could be an additional 3 per person within the existing framework of the agencies current space for shared items.

Rewarding individual detectives for productivity in here could be a problem though as I could see it leading to internal bickering for more space over another.

I think this could potentially be a good idea, especially if we could talk more about "customized" agencies where you pay extra to have more file space, locker space, etc. I believe this came up somewhere before though I'm not sure where.

I think with a lot more people in agencies travelling to Shangri La, Cairo, or anywhere, some items you tend to rely on for your character. If you are bringing items to factions in Shangri La, you are most likely changing into different gear, leaving behind some things you hope still remain when you return. That isn't always the case. I think having a personal locker space allows that added security if you are leaving. Maybe it works with your password to access it.

I was thinking this was something that would be a feature of the new apartments? . . . whenever they finally get here . . . ?
