What would happen if you falsly accused someone and then you press the back button that is not apart of the game but on the left hand top of your computer screen.

Nothing. You'll still have the false accusation.

Be careful using the back button as it forces the page to refresh.
Because of how Sleuth works through your browser you can get some odd results. It is almost always better to just use the links provided to work a case.
