Can someone please refresh my memory as to what the exact formulae are to be able to safely accuse a suspect? I'm in my Sleuth senility stage.

Sleuth Sindy - I have brain "failures" (as you so politely term them) frequently - perhaps I need to up my Ginko Biloba dosage? LOL
The jury is in - WE + PE does not equal guilty

But Ichiban - I believe that two WE's does, in fact, equal a guilty suspect
I have never generated a false accusation with two WE's

I very often accuse based on 2WE, and have never been wrong, ichiban. I understoood that this was air tight?

I have accussed with 2 WEs in many occassions. It has been right. But it has to be 2 WEs, not just one.

Ichi - 2 WE is also (as you said) FACT, ABSOLUTE, PERIOD CASE SOLVED MOVE
ON ALREADY!!

The question was about WE+PE. In this case you do need an alibi! Dont accuse based only on WE+PE!
