Does every mystery have a definite solution, or do you have to make an educated guess if you do not have research skills etc?

In every case there is one person who has a false alibi, one peice of physical evidence, and two eyewitnesses. There may be false eyewitnesses.

If you find someone with a fake or nonexistant alibi and physical evidence, you know they are the killer. If you are relying on eyewitnesses, you need two to pin the same person.

You take a great risk when you make an educated guess, because three false acusations on your record and your license gets revoked, and your charatecer is retired. The way around this is if you have two false accusations, pay off the Shady Man in the back of the bar. He will remove them from your record, but his fee can be steep, depending on your experience. My first pay off was only $400, but my second was over $16,000, I have heard of them being over $60,000.

Hope that helps!

Also keep in mind, you may not find all the evidence, depending on your skills. You must have basic Hair Analysis and Thread Analysis to find these peices of evidence, and you still may not find everything depending on your experience and equipment.

You will usually find evidence that points to inocent people, but they will have real alibis.
