I need help. How do you gain the priests trust if you fail to answer 2/3 questions because I got 2/3 the first time and he helped me out. But the second time I only got 1/3 and the priest didn't trust me enough, what do i do?

You can not do anything more. You only get one shot per day to do the little job. If you do not answer enough questions right, your points for the faction will not change.
They will always tell you the correct answer, so keep good notes of the questions and the correct answers. Eventually you will see all the questions and be able to answer them all correctly.

Thank you but I have one more thing I'd like to ask. I've finished 3 cases and now I'm really bored but I want do some favours but no one has anything for me. When can you do favours?

After four successfully solved cases you get to do a favor..and that includes the previous favor.

is it a favor wehn you do that little job or is it different. Is the little "job" a case because I did one little job and I didn't know the answers, and I think it might me like a quitted case or flase accusing.

No little jobs has nothing to do with cases or favors.
Little jobs are the questions you can ask a townie to get in favor with a faction. You can do that once a day. You need atleast +1 with a faction. Then ask them to give you a little job.
Favors are like cases. You can do one, every 4 succesfully solved cases. So if you failed/quited your last favor case it will take you 4 more. If you fail this you get a false. So you better quit.
If solved correctly you will get a prize (equipment).
You can also get a contact by doing a favor.
